WorkFirst Handbook
The WorkFirst Handbook is the online document reflecting the policy, program and service information state staff, partners and contractors use to guide their work. The handbook updated and maintained by program staff from accross the WorkFirst partnership. The DSHS Division of Employment and Assistance Programs (DEAP) staff have the primary responsibility for maintaining the WorkFirst handbook.
